Service Description
A curly cut on dry hair, tailored specifically to your hair type. Our 'Dry Curly Cut' is unique and tailored specifically to suit your hairs individual textures. We look at your curls dry, and in their natural form showing the curls true resting length; each curl is cut with the attention and love it deserves, enabling your curls to sit well, creating your perfect shape, and leaving your curls looking gorgeous. This service includes our Dry Curly Cut only, no wash or curl styling. Please arrive on time for your appointment and allow up to an hour for your Dry Curly Cut, timescales can vary depending on hair length and thickness. You MUST arrive with your hair clean, dry, loose (no bobbles or clips), detangled, and with cleansed and defined curls ready for cutting. Please don’t use any heavy mousse/gel/oil/butter based products in your hair prior to your appointment as this will affect your cut. We may not be able to proceed with your appointment if your hair is not correctly prepared, in this instance you will be liable for the full service cost. Any excessive detangling may incur an extra charge for our time. You can read further details on our policy page regarding hair preparation, rescheduling/cancelling appointments/deposits. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU FOLLOW THE PREPARATION ADVICE WHEN COMING TO US FOR A DRY CURLY CUT. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF ANYTHING. This service is strictly for returning clients only. A £20 non refundable deposit is required to book your appointment online, the remaining balance will be due on the day. Please bring cash to pay for the remaining balance on the day. Retail stock and products are available to purchase in salon via cash or card. You will receive confirmation of your appointment via email, please add info@absolutecurls.com as a safe sender/to your contact list to ensure our emails reach your inbox! It is important you read all the details in your confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy
Our online booking system will allow you to reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 4 days prior to your service start time. Your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. We are happy to reschedule or cancel an appointment within the 4 days prior to the service start time, so please do contact us if you need, we understand life happens! If you need to cancel within the 4 day period before your appointment start time your original deposit will be retained and a new deposit will be required in order to secure another appointment.
